Samiksha Maharjan Mahatara is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Nursetech Skill Center Pvt. Ltd., a nurse-led healthcare training and service organization dedicated to strengthening the quality of healthcare delivery in Nepal.

Professional Background

With over a decade of academic experience teaching across multiple nursing colleges, Samiksha has played a significant role in developing the clinical competence, confidence, and professional values of hundreds of nursing students.

Her experience in nursing education highlighted a critical gap in Nepal’s healthcare system: while nursing graduates often have strong theoretical knowledge, they may have limited access to structured practical skill training and continuous professional development opportunities.

Vision and Mission

Driven by her commitment to the nursing profession and patient safety, Samiksha established Nursetech Skill Center to help bridge the gap between academic education and real-world clinical practice.
